Never Mor, Never Mor…..We are never buying anything from this nickel and diming so called furniture store. You think Comcast is bad…..at least at Comcast they listen to you sometimes. At Mor customers are never right. It is you vs. them and you will lose believe me.

If you are thinking about purchasing furniture here think twice don’t make the mistake that my wife and I made and thousand other angry customers. My wife and I purchased a sofa on November 15, 2014 that we are still waiting for. They said three weeks when we signed our contract and now we have to wait an extra two weeks. They told us that is at the warehouse in Oregon.

If you are purchasing something from Mor on credit…..READ and READ the contract and make sure they explain to you exactly what you are paying for. Turn on your cell phone and record everything because chances are they will nickel and dime you with extra fees that won’t be mentioned on the contract. We purchased a sofa and a dresser for a total of $1699. We had a discount for $364 because of their special no tax day. We paid $199 for delivery, $30 dollar processing fee and some other fees that made no sense to us…..just anything to confuse us….at any rate I gave them $411.96 down payment making my payments to $173.62 for three months. I was told I can make my payments online free of charge on their acceptance now website or make the payments over the phone with a $1.99 fee.

I was ready to make my payment on December 15th online but the payments did not match our contract. I called the store in Kent and I was told that my payments were not adjusted online and had to pay over the phone. I asked them what adjustment? ….Roxanne and Dodge (finance department) told me us that we were missing an extra $30 dollar fee that we didn’t pay when we did our down payment. After going back and forth with them…I told them my contract states $173.62 which my wife and I initialed in their presence and they told us that $173.62 was suppose to be a $175.62. I asked them what contract are they reading from? Because ours clearly states $173.62 on our agreement gxa 03712 that matches the same three they wrote. After arguing with them for about two hours we were fed up. We ended up paying $187.79 which included the $1.99, the imaginary $175.62 and the $10.00 fee.

To the General Manger of Mor Furniture in Kent Shaheen Al-Safran fix this problem….if you are reading this review….can you tell me why are you nickel and diming us? And where is our furniture?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.
