We have purchased several pieces of furniture at 2 San Diego MOR furniture locations. We have nothing but good things to say about the furniture and the service--both during and after each sale. The deliveries went smoothly, the drivers were professional. The furniture we have is lovely and everyone comments on how pretty and comfortable it is. When we had a problem (once) with a chair, the repair technicians were at our home within the week. We are not sure what everyone is talking about when they complain because you have 2 happy customers here! Thanks Mor, we will be back.

I can tell you what people are talking about. You are just lucky you were not ripped off! They delivered my furniture at 3 am, damaged it during assembly, then set it up incorrectly on a return visit to repair damages. My child's bed is missing half it's screws! We are on visit #3, just to set up a bunk bed.
